By creating an account or using Content Cook's services, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

2. Description of Services

Content Cook provides text-to-speech conversion services that transform written text into natural-sounding audio using artificial intelligence. Our services include:

• Access to 150+ AI-generated voices across 21 languages
• Multiple speaking styles and emotional tones
• Pay-per-use pricing model
• Web-based platform for text-to-speech conversion

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing Structure

Content Cook operates on a pay-per-use model: $1 USD for 10,000 characters processed. There are no monthly or annual subscription fees.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Credits must be purchased before using the service
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice
• Credits do not expire but are non-transferable

4.3 Refunds

Refunds may be provided at our discretion for unused credits within 30 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Creating content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Generating hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Creating misleading audio content to deceive or defraud others
• Impersonating real individuals without their consent
• Violating intellectual property rights of others
• Attempting to reverse engineer or compete with our technology
• Overloading our systems or attempting unauthorized access

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Content Cook's Rights

Content Cook retains all rights to our technology, platform, voice models, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our services.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of the text you input. However, you grant Content Cook a limited license to process your text for service delivery. Generated audio files are yours to use according to these Terms.

6.3 Voice Model Usage

You may use generated audio for commercial and personal purposes, but you may not attempt to replicate or train competing voice models using our service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for user-generated content or its legal compliance

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Content Cook from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use of generated audio content

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Unused credits may be refunded according to our refund policy.

11.2 Termination by Content Cook

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other legitimate business reasons.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
